Viviane is a founding director of Real Decisions. She has spent 14 years working in sales and marketing within the real estate sector and has worked for line of business solutions providers Circle and Fraser Williams before setting up Real Decisions in 2003.

Viviane has sponsored the sharing of information throughout her career and assisted the market gain transparency and data flow between line of business applications.

Viviane has a good understanding of real estate and legal business processes having worked for many years in both environments. Viviane manages all our professional partnerships and affiliated consultants, leading all sales and marketing activities alongside the RDL team. Viviane is passionate about using technology and IT solutions to assist in making property a more transparent and efficient asset class.

Sarah Worsfold has over 10 years experience in the professional services industry specialising in Client Relationship Management systems and strategy. Most recently working with the UK and USA's leading legal and professional services supplier, InterAction from Lexis Nexis, Interface Software, Sarah's knowledge of marketing and CRM processes and applications makes her one of the country's leading experts in the this market.

Sarah has joined Real Decisions with a view to creating a CRM solution for real estate, avoiding some of the pitfalls experienced in other professional services areas. Sarah is passionate about prioritising business relationships and enabling the real estate sector and other professional services businesses to build and promote customer care.

Michelle Langton is a highly experienced consultant having spent more than 17 years working for three of the top 15 law firms in London. Her pragmatic approach and expertise allow Real Decisons to offer comprehensive consultancy services surrounding document management, printing and support desk health checks, project management, facilitation and templates.

Michelle works with legal and real estate clients and has a wealth of experience. Our clients endorse the fact that Michelle has tremendous ability and enthusiasm and approaches all projects with the highest degree of professionalism and commitment. Michelle is passionate about real estate firms building on the experience of the legal sector and is adept at transferring her skills and experience to our clients in a consultative way.
